She was very easy to work with and created a relaxed environment that helped me feel comfortable communicating with her during the project. I was given clear expectations about what was expected, and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. She also allowed for a lot of creative autonomy, so I was able to design and conduct the project how I saw fit within the bounds of what was expected.

My experience with Carol was great; she allowed me to have independence over my work and share my thoughts. I was also able to work creatively and unleash my knowledge in the realm of Performance Management, Organizational behaviour and also Total rewards. I was able to design a bonus structure based on equity, for example, what it looks like for people when they take part in their daily class sizes. Also, I was able to identify KPIs and key values as my bases to work on my entire project I wish there was more feedback loops from Carol

Revenue Requirements: Analyse how much revenue the business would need to generate to cover expenses like mortgage payments, taxes, insurance, and maintenance. Moving Expenses: Detail expected costs of relocating, such as renovations, equipment transportation, setup, and potential downtime.
