Hi, my name is Hong Quyen (Rosie) Do, and I am passionate about e-commerce, project management, and data-driven strategy development. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at the University of Guelph, building on my experience in project management, innovation and commercialization.
Previously, I worked at ByteDance, where I managed and optimized TikTok Shop e-commerce campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance. Before that, I held roles at Shopee and Onpoint, focusing on business development, merchandising, and strategic planning. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in market analysis, budget allocation, and brand development, particularly in the FMCG and retail sectors.
I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leveraging data insights to create impactful brand and campaign strategies. With certifications in project management and brand management, I am continuously expanding my expertise to navigate the evolving digital commerce landscape. I am also multilingual, fluent in Vietnamese and English, with proficiency in Chinese, which helps me adapt to global business settings.
