Design, plan, and lead interactive student experiences
Interactive Adventures aims to enhance student engagement by developing 10 new interactive experiences tailored for educational settings. The goal is to create immersive activities that encourage active participation and learning. These experiences should draw on topics learned from Adventure Studies courses to provide interesting, accessible activities for students that allow them to see new places, try new things, and meet new people. Students will liaise between with the LEAP coordinator, the Adventure Studies department, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and teamwork. The project involves planning the structure of each experience, promoting them to the target audience, and leading the activities to ensure successful implementation. The team will focus on designing experiences that are both educational and entertaining. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge in event planning, and leadership. This project is ideally suited to 3rd or 4th year Adventure Studies Students at Thompson Rivers University.
